We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales of our industrial mixing solutions across the region. This role requires a technical background, strong sales acumen, and the ability to manage complex client engagements.
Regional Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of industrial mixing products by identifying new opportunities and managing client relationships.
 - Collaborate with global Sales Agents and internal teams to execute sales strategies.
 - Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
 - Provide accurate cost estimates in coordination with engineering and management teams.
 - Effectively communicate technical details to customers and internal stakeholders.
 - Manage RFPs and RFIs, ensuring precision and attention to technical requirements.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Chemical Process, or a related field.
 - Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a technical or engineering role.
 - Strong communication skills.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of industrial automation preferred.
 - Willingness to travel up to 60% across the region.
