Cyclect received the ASEAN Business Award and the Most Admired ASEAN Enterprise Award for Innovation at the ASEAN Business Awards, held at the ASEAN Business and Investment Summit in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar. Both awards were presented by Myanmar President Thein Sein.
The ASEAN Business Advisory Council organises these awards annually to recognise companies that have contributed to ASEAN’s economic development through enterprise, innovation and good governance. Being recognised for innovation at a head-of-state level event in a regional forum reflects the breadth of visibility that Cyclect had developed by 2014.
The awards reinforced Cyclect’s standing as a Singapore engineering company with a credible regional profile, not only a domestic one.
