Our clients include commercial property owners, institutional facilities, healthcare operators and industrial plant owners in the public and private sectors. Contracts range from IFM, to managing agent and single service contracts.

Our FM teams are supported by over 150 qualified and certified professionals operating under a structured engineering governance framework. Asset registers, maintenance schedules, compliance records and performance data are maintained throughout the contract, giving facility owners visibility into asset condition, service delivery and lifecycle costs.

Long-term FM relationships are built on consistency and accountability. We work as an extension of our clients’ facilities teams, not as an external vendor managing to minimum contract requirements.
