Cyclect Facilities Management was awarded the Integrated Facility Management contract by MUIS (Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura) and its property subsidiary Warees Investments, covering assets and buildings under Warees management.
MUIS is Singapore’s highest Islamic authority and a significant owner of community and religious property. Facilities management for religious and community buildings requires sensitivity to purpose, operating schedules and the diverse needs of the communities that use them — alongside the standard requirements of MEP maintenance, cleaning and statutory compliance.
The MUIS and Warees contract added a distinctive public sector FM reference and expanded Cyclect’s experience across community and civic facility environments.
