Effective 20 April 2022, Chemicrete Enterprises Pte Ltd was renamed Cyclect Facilities Management Pte Ltd. The rename aligned the entity’s identity with its role as the integrated facilities management business within Cyclect Group.
Chemicrete had been part of the Cyclect Group since 2010, when it was acquired to bring established FM capability into the group alongside its portfolio of government and institutional clients. Over the following decade, the business grew its contracts across government ministries, religious bodies, healthcare facilities, educational institutions and telecommunications infrastructure.
The rename reflects the entity’s evolution from an acquired FM business into a substantive group member with its own client relationships, track record and recognised brand in the Singapore FM market.
