Cyclect expanded into integrated facilities management in 2010 through the acquisition of Chemicrete Enterprises and Pine Creations. Chemicrete brought an established FM operation with government and institutional clients; Pine Creations added interior design and fit-out capability.
Adding FM to the group’s engineering portfolio meant Cyclect could offer clients a relationship that extended beyond project delivery into long-term asset management. For building and facility owners, the ability to work with the same organisation from construction through ongoing operations reduces transition risk and preserves institutional knowledge about the asset.
Chemicrete was subsequently renamed Cyclect Facilities Management in 2022, and has grown its contract portfolio to include government ministries, religious institutions, healthcare facilities, educational campuses and telecommunications infrastructure.
