Cyclect Group acquired Nismix in 2023, a provider of equipment solutions for the powder and liquid coating industry. Nismix designs and supplies mixing, dispersion and process equipment for clients in paints, coatings, specialty chemicals and cleaning products.
The acquisition extended Cyclect’s industrial solutions capability into process equipment — a complementary addition to its existing engineering, instrumentation and technical services work for chemicals and manufacturing clients. For clients in the coatings and chemicals sector, Nismix adds a product and equipment dimension alongside Cyclect’s project and maintenance services.
The Nismix acquisition followed the establishment of a joint venture for semiconductor gas and chemical systems in India, reflecting the group’s deliberate effort to build process and industrial solutions capability across both equipment and engineering services.
