Cyclect Facilities Management was appointed as the managing agent for Nxera Data Centres in 2023, responsible for property management services across SingTel’s data centre portfolio in Singapore. The portfolio includes critical facilities such as Kim Chuan and other core SingTel data centre sites.
Managing agent responsibility for a telco data centre portfolio is a demanding FM role. It requires technical competence across power, cooling and building management systems, the discipline to maintain continuous availability in critical infrastructure, and the security awareness appropriate to a facility that handles national telecommunications data.
The SingTel data centre contract built directly on Cyclect FM’s earlier telecommunications infrastructure management experience and reinforced the company’s position as one of the few FM providers in Singapore with credible critical facilities management capability.
