Cyclect Facilities Management (CFM) is honoured to be recognised with the FM Team of the Year Award (Industrial & Manufacturing) at the Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA) Facilities Management Experts Summit (FMES) 2026 Awards.
This recognition marks an important milestone for our Facilities Management business and reflects the dedication of our people, the trust of our clients, and the engineering heritage that has shaped the Cyclect Group for more than 80 years.
Our winning submission was based on our work at the Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Centre Singapore (HMGICS), one of Singapore’s most advanced manufacturing facilities and Hyundai’s next-generation “Meta-Factory” for electric vehicle production.
Unlike a conventional factory, HMGICS integrates artificial intelligence, autonomous robotics and Digital Twin technologies within a highly automated production environment. Supporting such a facility requires Facilities Management to go beyond traditional building maintenance. Infrastructure reliability, safety and operational responsiveness must work seamlessly alongside advanced manufacturing systems to support uninterrupted operations.
Over the past two years, our team has been privileged to support HMGICS by applying an engineering-led approach built on proactive maintenance, operational discipline and close collaboration with our client.
The recognition belongs to the entire Cyclect family. Every Operations Manager, Site Manager, Engineer, Technician, Executive and support colleague contributes to the standards we uphold across every site we manage. Their professionalism, teamwork and commitment enable us to deliver reliable Facilities Management solutions across a diverse range of industries.
