FMES is Singapore’s industry recognition programme for facilities management excellence. The Mixed-Use and Specialised Facilities category covers the most technically demanding segment of the FM market — facilities that combine multiple building types, functions or operating regimes within a single management scope, such as data centres, healthcare facilities, mixed commercial-retail developments and specialised government buildings.
Recognition in this category reflects the assessed performance of the FM team across the full scope of their work: service delivery, compliance, technical problem-solving and client management in environments where the demands are unusually complex.
