Cyclect was appointed as the Managing Agent to provide comprehensive maintenance and integrated facilities management for three HDB Mechanised Car Parks over a six-year contract period.
The scope supported the round-the-clock operations and repair of automated parking infrastructure and building facilities. The work required strict adherence to critical fault handling timelines (SLAs), managing software security, and utilizing digital estate management systems to minimize system breakdown times and ensure seamless vehicle retrieval for motorists.
Through this engagement, Cyclect contributed highly disciplined, 24/7 technical operations for public infrastructure assets where mechanical reliability, rapid emergency response, and safe direct public interfaces are vital to residents and motorists.
Project Scope
- 24/7 comprehensive maintenance of the Mechanised Parking System (MPS)
- Integrated facilities management of circulation areas, plant rooms, and roofs
- Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems servicing, including main switchboards and lighting
- Turnkey operation and maintenance of barrier stations and HD CCTV tracking systems
- Liaison with licensed electrical workers (LEW) and Professional Engineers (PE) for statutory compliance
- Real-time parking lot availability updates and payment system coordination
- Horticulture maintenance, vector pest control, and landscaping administration
