Cyclect participated in the inaugural SUSS-UOB-SMF Global Leadership Symposium, organised by Singapore University of Social Sciences, UOB and the Singapore Manufacturing Federation. The symposium featured Dr Marshall Goldsmith and addressed leadership development and talent management in a global context.
For an engineering services company, leadership capability is as operationally relevant as technical capability. Managing complex multi-site projects, embedded service teams and cross-disciplinary engineering requires people who can make decisions under uncertainty, sustain team performance and build client trust over time.
Cyclect’s participation through the Singapore Manufacturing Federation reflected its continued engagement with the industrial leadership community in Singapore.
