Cyclect Group is pleased to announce a strategic joint venture with KJTS Group Berhad, through KJ Technical Services Sdn Bhd, to establish KJCyclect Pte Ltd in Singapore.
The partnership brings together KJTS’ expertise in cooling energy management and Cyclect’s engineering, facilities management and technical services capabilities to deliver Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS) solutions for the Singapore market.
Through KJCyclect, customers can access energy-efficient cooling solutions without heavy upfront capital investment. The model includes energy audits, design, engineering, construction, operation and maintenance of tailored cooling systems, with the ability to provide performance-based outcomes where required.
This supports facilities seeking to improve cooling reliability, reduce energy consumption, manage lifecycle costs and advance sustainability goals. KJCyclect’s services include plant and chiller system delivery, Cooling-as-a-Service, ongoing operations and maintenance, and remote monitoring for continuous optimisation.
For Cyclect, the joint venture strengthens our ability to deliver integrated, performance-driven infrastructure solutions by combining engineering delivery, energy systems and technical service expertise across the Group.
