Cyclect supported the Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Centre Singapore (HMGICS) with facilities management services for its advanced manufacturing environment in Jurong.
HMGICS is a next-generation “Meta-Factory” that integrates AI, robotics, and Digital Twin technology to support agile, high-mix electric vehicle production. As both a live manufacturing facility and an innovation testbed, the site operates with autonomous robotics, human–robot collaboration, and real-time synchronisation between virtual and physical systems.
Within this environment, facilities management is closely embedded with production operations. Building systems, utilities, and supporting infrastructure must remain stable, responsive, and aligned with highly automated manufacturing processes. Even minor disruptions can affect production continuity, system stability, and safety within a human–robot integrated setting.
Cyclect’s role supported the operational reliability of the facility through disciplined facilities management, technical coordination, and responsive service support. The work required careful coordination within an active innovation and manufacturing environment where downtime sensitivity and system interdependence are key operational considerations.
