University of the Arts Singapore (UAS) National Design Centre (NDC) is a prominent multi-use institutional and civic facility supporting exhibitions, public programs, education, and industry engagement. Located at the heart of the building is a high-traffic central atrium and event space featuring complex structural architectures, such as an extensive skylight and concealed internal drainage networks, demanding constant operational readiness, high visitor safety standards, and strict asset preservation under high-volume public usage.
Cyclect delivered Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services for the University of the Arts Singapore at the National Design Centre campus. The scope focused on managing day-to-day facility operations, building reliability, and rapid-response technical troubleshooting within a live, active creative and educational environment. Cyclect’s specialized facility management teams played a crucial diagnostic and investigative role, successfully resolving complex, condition-dependent system failures within concealed building networks without causing disruption to public events or active institutional workflows.
Through this engagement, Cyclect demonstrated its advanced technical FM capabilities for high-visibility civic, cultural, and institutional assets where structural reliability, event readiness, and responsive stakeholder coordination must be seamlessly managed together.
